Is it safe to shop on ColorKill.com?

Very safe! Maximum security! Color Kill is built on shopify platform. Its secure shopping cart comes with a 128-bit SSL certificate! Using the same level of encryption as the large banks, the SSL keeps your information secure at all times. No credit card information is stored!

Where is my order?

A regular order should be processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.  When your order is fulfilled and ships, you will be notified by email.  Order fulfillment may take longer than 3 business days if we get really busy.  We apologize in advance, but we will try our best to get your package out asap.

Please keep in mind that once the package left our warehouse, we do not have control over it. If you're concerned with the whereabouts of the package, we encourage you to contact your receiving post office and provide them with the tracking number so they can further assist you.  Please keep in mind we are not responsible for lost, stolen and delayed shipments.

Again, you can add signature service for the package to be signed for.

Tracking shows my order was delivered but I did not receive it.

If it shows that your order is delivered on USPS website, and you did not receive your order, we cannot be responsible for resending the package. We suggest you contact your local post office for packaging stealing to prevent it from happening to you again.

How do I track my order?

For US orders, please login to your account to track the orders.  Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update

International orders are NOT trackable unless you ship by DHL.

Do you ship to my country and what courier do you use?

We are Ms. Worldwide.  We ship via United State Postal Service (USPS) and DHL. 

How much is the shipping charge?

USPS: Flat rate. $4.95 for Canada, and $7.95 for an international order. We do offer free shipping if your order qualifies.

DHL(International only): Varies.  Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes!  A shipment can opt for Priority Mail International or DHL upon check out.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Domestic U.S. 3-7 business days.

International destinations.

By USPS: 10-21 business days. If you choose expedite shipping, your order may be delivered to you earlier than this time frame, but it is not guaranteed. International shoppers should be aware of the import duties and taxes in your own country.  In addition to that, your shipment may be delayed due to customs regulations which vary from country to country.  

By DHL: 3 business days max! Comes with tracking information.  

What is your return policy?

We will accept return within 7 days from when you receive the order.  Please write us an email with "Return" in the subject line to customercare@colorkill.com and include your order number and we will take it from there. Return products must be unused/untested and in their original packaging. Some products, including discounted items, sales items, special price items, cannot be returned. See each individual listing.

Unfortunately no refund could be done if the tracking shows the receipt of the package.

Damaged or defective items are eligible for a full refund minus shipping and handling.  Return products must be in their original packaging.  However, original shipping charge is non-refundable unless we ship you wrong items.  

Can I make changes to my order?

After an order is placed, it is sent to a fulfillment center. However, email customercare@colorkill.com within 2 hours after you place your order, and we will try our best to change it.

My order was incorrect/missing something.

Please send an email with "Incorrect/Missing" in the subject line to customercare@colorkill.com along with your order number and we will try our best to fix it.

I forgot to apply a promo code to my order. Can you adjust it?

Once an order was placed, it could not be adjusted.

When does your product expire?

After it is first opened, it lasts about 12 months. You can look for a period-after-opening symbol on the unit carton.  

Are your products tested on animal and 100% vegan?

All of our products are not tested on animals. Our suppliers verified that no animal testing is performed in our supply chain.

Also, the use of carmine is considered cruelty free in the cosmetics industry, for the products are not tested on animals

Our Mega Matte Liquid Lipsticks are 100% vegan. However, at the moment, our Pure Matte lipsticks are not since they contain beeswax. We are working on making them 100% vegan as well.
